For trailer idea 1

 Stereotype outfits;

Girl 1 Cocky, popular, fashionable style
Girl 2 Follows girl 1, looks up to her, similarly dressed
Girl 3 Tomboy, casual outfit
Girl 4 Stalker, all black/darker colours
Hospital gown or an all white outfit
Doctors coat
